JORI Tokyo aka Johannes Riedmann is a visual artist from Regensburg/GER.
Inspired by Noise Music, Sound Art, Cyberpunk, Fluxus and DADA he does research and works in the fields of performance, noise based music, sound-art and virtual-reality/cyberspace. Since 2000 JORI is part of the media-art-group Pomodoro Bolzano. Actual works and projects are focussed around binaural, semiphysical and virtual sound-instruments concepted for performance in cyberspace.
Together with Pomodoro Bolzano and the Avatar Orchestra Metaverse numerous mixed-media based physical, haptic and virtual artworks emerged.
